RSCCThirty-six years ago, on Feb. 27th, 1979 after a brush with death, my life took on a new direction that was to set me on a new coarse from being an athlete to becoming a coach, then back to becoming a professional athlete and back to an Olympic coaching again.  Who knew:)

If I knew then what I know now, that I would have the opportunity to work with some of the greatest athletes and coaches of all time.  Truly, being the great woman of vision and faith that I am, it’s unbelievable to see how far down the road I’ve come or believe that it would have ever happened.

I am so happy to share with everyone, that I have been nominated Emeritus status as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, entitled:   Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC*E).  The NSCA Registry of Strength and Conditioning Coaches is comprised of individuals who are not only experienced coaches, but who have demonstrated the practical application of foundational knowledge to assess, motivate, educate, and train athletes for the primary goal of improving sport performance.

RSCC*Emeritus list of 18 coaches in the History of National Strength and Conditioning Association who have received this distinguished nomination;  of which there are only 3 women in the world in the history of Strength and Conditioning who have the honor of being included on this list.
